This unique space is situated in Palma’s golden mile, on one of the city center’s most artistic streets, is the new showroom of the Italian brand Molteni&C operated by Espacio. A converted horse stable with exposed arches, the 157 m2 space is distributed in the form of an apartment.

The Mallorca Flagship Store is a celebration of architectural and design excellence. Showcasing the work of some of the most esteemed designers and architects in the industry, the store features pieces by Vincent Van Duysen, Jean Nouvel, Foster + Partners, Ron Gilad, Yabu Pushelberg, and Herzog & de Meuron. True to Molteni&C’s ethos, the Mallorca Flagship Store exudes a cozy, reassuring, and welcoming atmosphere while also embracing modernity and evolution.
From the same designer, we find an open kitchen with its dining area, perfectly visible from the street, inviting everyone to appreciate its elegant design. This area is completed by a second dining area, accompanied by a library system with the exclusive Harry’s Bar, ideal for moments of relaxation and sophistication.

El viaje a través de la tienda continúa hacia una majestuosa zona de cocina, centrada en el galardonado concepto Intersection Island de Van Duysen. Esta área se complementa con sillas Woody de Francesco Meda, la mesa Arc de Foster + Partners, las sillas Barbican de Rodolfo Dordoni y la librería modular Hector de Van Duysen, contribuyendo conjuntamente a una narrativa de diseño cohesiva y elegante.
In the sleeping area, visitors can explore the Gliss Master wardrobe system, a hallmark of the Molteni&C bedroom collection, offering a sophisticated closet solution. When combined with the Ovidio bed, both designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the result is a serene and functional sleeping area. The iconic Cinnamon by Naoto Fukasawa and the Teorema nightstand on the left and Aster nightstand on the right add the finishing touches to this exquisite setting.
