For yet another year – and this year with added significance – Espacio Home Design was entrusted with the interior design of Real Club Náutico de Palma de Mallorca’s most important event, with a proposal to match the grandeur of the 40th anniversary of the Copa del Rey.
This year, the Copa del Rey Mapfre took place in Mallorcan waters from 31 July to 6 August. Following two years of restrictions, the program, organization and participation were at the highest level, demonstrating why it is regarded as one of the most prestigious regattas on the international calendar.
Through our collaboration, we wanted to demonstrate our involvement and commitment to an event that, as Mallorcans, we are proud of, and with which we share values of quality, sustainability, passion and sportsmanship.
In the common spaces and the areas we make available to partners such as Sotheby's, we design spaces where clients are welcomed and made to feel as much at home as all of us who are part of this prestigious event.
As always, we styled the spaces in a palette of neutral tones. We added touches of green, through plants and props to harmonize the spaces with the Copa del Rey’s corporate colors. This emphasized its comfort and elegance, nothing more, allowing the impressive competition to take center stage.
