A careful renovation of two historic buildings.
Can Santacilia is a 3,300 m2 residential project with 15 dwellings and common areas. It is a careful renovation of two buildings located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca in which we have participated with the creation of the kitchens and utility rooms of each house.

For each of the kitchens we have replicated the choice of materials chosen by the OHLAB architects for the project as a whole. Combining the restoration of historical elements such as wooden carpentry, stone and wood structural elements, we contrast with a careful selection of noble materials, such as pieces of aged bronze or local stones.
The kitchens, from Modulnova, have been created to integrate into the historical atmosphere of the building that is combined with a Mediterranean essence. For this we have used natural materials such as the Gris Zarci natural stone countertop.
The kitchens are equipped with MH6 modular cabinets with drawer fronts and doors lacquered in Stone Gray that blend perfectly with the worktop.
