A penthouse that combines luxury with the warmth of an idyllic home.
On the outskirts of Palma, we find this new build – a penthouse full of light and elegance. The building was designed by the prestigious Gras Arquitectos studio, who approached Espacio Home Design to design the interior of the home.

To achieve a contemporary result that is both elegant and tasteful, we chose iconic pieces from prestigious international brands.
In the social spaces (lounge and dining room), we opted for Italian companies such as Modulnova and Molteni&C to create a space where guests can be comfortably welcomed into the home.
The kitchen, from the Cocinart brand, is fully customized for the use and enjoyment of the homeowners.
The ash gray tone chosen as a finish for the furnishings, together with the open and backlit shelves, contrasts with the marbled stone countertop, bringing personality to the scene.
The feeling of warmth is achieved through the decor. This includes large rugs in ecru tones and authentic Mediterranean handcrafted ceramic pieces which, together with Aba Art Lab artworks, manage to strike a balance between the imperfect and the material point.
