Inhabiting the city in stillness.
In the heart of Palma, where the city sets the daily rhythm, this apartment is conceived as a space of retreat. An interior designed to slow down without disconnecting from its surroundings. The architecture, developed by Pulso Estudio, organizes the home with sensitivity and balance. Soft curves, mineral finishes, and filtered light shape a serene atmosphere within the energy of urban life.

The palette of sand, terracotta, and stone tones envelops the space with natural ease, while textures — lime plaster, wood, linen, and travertine — bring depth and warmth. Open yet contained, the spaces create a sense of continuity without losing intimacy.
The Modulnova MH6 kitchen integrates as an architectural element in its own right. Its clean volumes and precise proportions reinforce the unity of the whole, visually expanding a home of contained scale.
The furniture sits lightly within the space. Soft, organic silhouettes and honest materials create a sense of quiet balance, allowing the interior to move at its own pace — gently set apart from the rhythm of the city outside.
A project that proves that even in the very heart of the city, calm can still be lived — not as an escape, but as a way of inhabiting space.
