In Mallorca, life is inconceivable without being connected to the sun. An island that enjoys an average of 300 days of sunshine per year inevitably projects its homes towards the outdoors.

In our interior and exterior projects, we strive for a harmonious aesthetic that blends and extends vision and perspective with one key difference: functionality. Outdoor furniture must replicate the warmth and cozy feeling of natural materials to the fullest, but with all the technical innovations that ensure a long lifespan.
Brands like Molteni&C, Gloster, Living Divani, or Varaschin faithfully follow this in&out philosophy with structures and materials reflected in the pieces used for this project.
Light also plays an important role, where brands like Pulpo with the ODA model stand out for their ochre tones and that characteristic visual lightness that merges with the natural light of dusk.
A project signed by OCN Promociones in which Espacio Home Design has had the pleasure of collaborating by designing the overall interior design, with each piece of furniture carefully selected to invite relaxation. The chromatic unity of a soft and neutral palette allows us to focus on enjoyment so that nothing distracts us from what's most important: our stories.
