On Sóller's most prestigious street, this modernist gem combines history and contemporary luxury. With 750 m², high ceilings, original tiled floors and handcrafted carpentry, every detail has been restored with precision. Its high-end kitchens and spacious rooms offer timeless elegance with modern comfort.
Both, with the same sensitivity towards the environment and the excellence that guides us in every step of the process.
Every element of the project follows a coherent narrative, inspired by the essence of the traditional houses of Sóller. From the window mouldings to the design of the kitchen and bathroom doors, everything reflects a subtle reinterpretation of the local architecture.
The result is a home that retains the character of its history, but adapted to the needs of the present. Materials such as wood and marble provide warmth and sophistication, while the clean and functional design guarantees comfort and usability in everyday life. A balance between classic and contemporary, designed for those who value design as an essential part of their way of life.
