In this case, a historic building that has been completely restored to create four luxurious apartments. Today, we focus on the Townhouse, a residence renovated with care and respect to offer all the comforts and the best design.
This project is located in the beautiful neighborhood of La Lonja, facing one of the city's most emblematic Gothic buildings built between 1420 and 1452, now converted into an exhibition hall. Here, amid centuries of history, in the heart of Palma and overlooking the bay, we envision a spectacular design that seamlessly blends with the surroundings.
Four residences equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, and a wine cellar from Espacio Home Design.
In particular, the Townhouse features a Cocinart kitchen with an industrial style, Gris Zarci countertops, and natural oak interiors; a wine cellar and bathrooms, also from our own brand, coordinated with the kitchen; as well as an interior design proposal and furniture, primarily from Molteni (Glissmaster wardrobes and dressing rooms), aiming to seamlessly integrate into the space while adding a touch of design and excellence.
